Linda is a specialist in intellectual property and technology laws with a wealth of experience and heads the regional IP practice. She has decades of experience in IP litigation and disputes (involving all IP rights – patents, copyright, designs, trademarks, trade secrets and confidential information) and has successfully argued cases at all levels of the courts in Malaysia including at the apex Federal Court. She has additionally acted as a mediator in IP disputes.

With over 25 years of experience exclusively in Intellectual Property (IP), Siew Ling’s practice spans the full spectrum of IP matters, from creation, protection and litigation to enforcement of IP rights.

Armed with a double degree in Accounting and Law, Boo Seng has been practising in the area of Intellectual Property (IP) since being admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1998. With extensive experience in IP disputes, he has represented many IP owners in the enforcement and protection of their rights. In addition, he regularly advises clients on IP related corporate and commercial transactions, licensing and commercialisation of IP rights, and data protection.

Amos’s area of practice encompasses dispute resolution and IP enforcement, transactional and advisory work, as well as IP prosecution and registration. He regularly acts and assists in IP and civil litigation matters across the different levels of Courts in Malaysia.

Kamolchanok is a Director and an accomplished Patent Manager based in our Bangkok office. Her wealth of experience in the patent practice spans over a decade, during which time she has established herself as an expert in managing patent and design portfolios for clients across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, petrochemicals, and consumer products.

Pawarisa advises on IP protection and enforcement including trademark, copyright, and patent issues in Thailand and other countries. She manages clients’ worldwide portfolios, handles international and domestic trademark registrations, trademark licensing, trademark searches, opposition, counter-statements, appeals, cancellations, and responds to office actions with the Registrar and Trademark Board.

Her focus is on intellectual property laws and information technology laws. She also has extensive experiences in data protection and privacy law as well.
