Pawarisa Suwannachote

Pawarisa advises on IP protection and enforcement including trademark, copyright, and patent issues in Thailand and other countries. She manages clients’ worldwide portfolios, handles international and domestic trademark registrations, trademark licensing, trademark searches, opposition, counter-statements, appeals, cancellations, and responds to office actions with the Registrar and Trademark Board.

 

Pawarisa also handles IP matters at the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court (IPITC) as well as IP enforcement including market surveys, investigations, raid actions, and anti-counterfeiting training to domestic and international authorities for well-known global clients.

 

Pawarisa has been recognized as the Rising Star 2022 rating in Managing IP’s Rising Stars 2022 publication and a recommended individual for trademark practice in Cambodia by the 2021 edition of the WTR 1000. She is also a speaker in IP events.
